Exchanges and Returns
Discounted items purchased are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Below are some key points:
1) Please email email@example.com get an authorization number. We do not accept any returns or exchanges without an authorization number attached.
2) Returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 daysupon receipt of delivery.
3) The items must be in their original condition and must have their original tags.
4) A copy of the original receipt must be included in package.
5) Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be credited to your account within 5 business days of the reception of the package at our office.
6) We suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.We are NOT responsible for the loss of packages being returned.
7) Exchanges can only be made once.
8) We do not accept returns or exchanges from outside of Canada.
